This second video shows how a checked-in hotel guest can interact with Skye to solve issues, order room service, and make changes to their reservation.
The final video in this demo series shows what happens when Skye fails to recognize a word or phrase. It demonstrates how easy it is to update the responses so that it won’t fail again in future.
I wrote and produced these for Tyme Global. That is my voice you hear as the client on the phone with Skye. I created the graphics, recorded the screen captures, and edited the final piece. I also wrote the music you hear in the third video.
